Evelyn Court is a 320 apartments building in Marleybone, London. eBrit Fire Protection was once again contracted by Lawtech Group to apply passive fire protection to various defects within the its structure.
Further to the fire risk assessment report, main focus of works undertaken, will circulate around risers and doors. All service risers and service penetrations throughout the Evelyn Court building will be properly sealed off to achieve required compartmentation.
eBrit Fire will olso remove existing boards on the wall space above the tenant’s doors, replace with superlux board and fire stop it to meet required by law standards.
We have recently started working on it and all work is proceeding as per schedule. Fire stopping is being carried out slowly but steadily due to Building staying occupied whilst works take place.
