Owen Waters House in Ilford, Essex, has lately been undergoing refurbishment. eBrit Fire Protection Ltd has been contracted by Lawtech Group to replace old defective FD30 fire doors. We also removed defective foam fire seals and replaced them with Rockwool FirePro intumescent materials.
New single glazed and double glazed fire door FD30 were fitted and with ironmongery and existing door frame were re-lined and decorated with new door stops.
Once door fitters finished their assignment, our highly trained fire stoppers were sent to sort out all the voids and pipes and cables gaps within the Owen Waters House building.
All contracted works ware finished to the required standards within 1 week.
