Elizabeth Court is another multi storey building undergoing some fire safety works. Lawtech Group who is a main contractor has chosen eBrit Fire Protection to fire stop it throughout.
From closing off chutes, through removing foam, sealing gaps and replacing panels above doors, Elizabeth Court requires quite a bit of work.
This 11 storey building is a one of 6 high rising buildings which belong to Navestock Cres and Broadmed Road estate in Woodford Green, Essex.
We have recently started working on it and all work is proceeding as per schedule.
Further to the fire risk assessment report, main focus of works undertaken, will circulate around risers and doors. All service risers and service penetrations throughout the building will be properly sealed off to achieve required compartmentation. We will also fire stop panels above doors, where required, within the building.
