eBrit Fire Protection Ltd has been appointed by main contractor – Lawtech Group to provide fire safety works to 3 multi storey buildings in Gardner’s Close, Wanstead. Further to the fire risk assessment report this residential buildings are in need of fire stopping to communal service risers and service penetrations.
We were contracted to install Rockwool Firepro intumescent system, to internal risers to achieve a 1-hour fire rating protection. To make the building comply with fire safety regulations eBrit fire is also to remove and install a fd30s riser doors and frames and carry out minor remedial works.
Gardner’s Close buildings stay fully operational throughout the project.
We have recently started working on it and all work is proceeding as per schedule. We are looking forward to finishing it in the near future.
