Fire safety works are being carried out by eBrit Fire Protection in Sunset Court building in Woodford Green, Essex. Main contractor Lawtech Group has appointed us to supply and install passive fire protection system throughout the building.
This 11 storey building is a one of 6 high rising buildings which belong to Navestock Cres and Broadmed Road estate in Woodford Green, Essex.
We have recently started working on it and all work is proceeding as per schedule.
As few previous high rising buildings we have had a pleasure to work on, this one also requires quite a bit of fire stopping done.
Further to the fire risk assessment report, main focus of works undertaken, will circulate around risers and doors. All service risers and service penetrations throughout the Liston Way building will be properly sealed off to achieve required compartmentation. We will also fire stop panels above doors, where required, within the building.
